    Vokab is a language-learning platform that uses innovative, real-world content and AI-powered tools to personalize your language learning experience. Our tools enable you to practice vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and more in a way that adapts to your goals and interests.

3. Account and Subscription
    Ownership: Vokab is a subscription-based service. When you purchase a subscription (monthly or yearly), you receive the right to access and use Vokab for the subscription period. Ownership of the product remains with Vokab, and we reserve the right to remove or restrict access to any user at any time, especially in cases of misuse or violation of these Terms.
    Termination: Users who violate these Terms may be suspended or removed from Vokab without notice.

4. User Data Collection and Privacy
    We collect personal information to personalize your experience on Vokab, including name, email, payment information, native language, target language, content studied, sentences, words, proficiency level, and later, study statistics and friends.
